Dual Spec and Raid loot
Well folks, with the upcoming patch and the possibilities of dual specs, we need to address some possible loot issues.
We will be needing to have you post your official dual spec here on this thread so we have a record of it. This will allow us to put priority towards peoples main spec, and then allow rolls on off/dual spec items. We have had issues recently with some toons rolling on darn near everything and calling them off spec items instead of allowing the items to be dc'd and put into the guild bank for raid enchants. Posting your official off/dual spec should cut down on this. Also, this spec will not be changeable for 30 days. So please spec wisely.

Upcoming Raiding and what you need to know
Naxx is open for business and we have many racing to get inhttp: on the raiding. However, is your toon geared properly for a successful run? Well the following site will give you an idea!

This site is being used by myself and the offiers/class leaders when we put Naxx raids together. A good idea of a starting point would be that you need at LEAST a 300 rating unbuffed before you even walk into Naxx. The first night a good goal is to clear 2 wings. To get into the last half of Naxx most will need at least a 350 unbuffed rating to obtain some success.
So please make sure you are watching your stats, and if you don't get brought into a Naxx run, don't let it hurt your feelings as we will be working very hard to gear all of you to get into Naxx and to be successful there as well.
So keep up the good work Heros and lets keep working hard to get enough of us in and geared to get 25 man raids happening soon!
