Well folks, with the upcoming patch and the possibilities of dual specs, we need to address some possible loot issues.
We will be needing to have you post your official dual spec here on this thread so we have a record of it. This will allow us to put priority towards peoples main spec, and then allow rolls on off/dual spec items. We have had issues recently with some toons rolling on darn near everything and calling them off spec items instead of allowing the items to be dc'd and put into the guild bank for raid enchants. Posting your official off/dual spec should cut down on this. Also, this spec will not be changeable for 30 days. So please spec wisely.

Well if you missed the guild meeting on Sunday, here are the highlights.
We will be removing the Raider and Master Raider ranks from ALL toons. One rank, Raider Rank, will be given once we begin raiding the 80 man instances.
DKP is on hold and may be used in 25 man raids but as that is a while off we still have time to discuss this.
We will be having leveling parties on our typical raid nights to help each other level up. We will also be adding offnight raiding to let toons that are unable to raid on our typical nights or to accelerate leveling toons that can play more often.
We have promoted Dharwin and Warli to officers and promoted Rhodagarix to Warior class lead and Hanz to Warlock class leader. I have also acked Thojodi to accept a dual class lead position and assume the Shaman class lead with Faithwright.

You knew it was coming! The baseball fanatic inside me just couldn't hold out anymore. I have made a league on ESPN for fantasy baseball. The draft is Sunday morning at 11 Eastern time, 10 Central, and 8 West coast time. You will need to e-mail admin@herosforhire.net for me to send you an invite as it is a private league. The user profile area that allows you to show your primary and secondary skill levels for your crafing is now updated. It will properly go up to a high of 375. So lets start updating our levels and our skill levels.
